You can call Customer Care, reach out to the T-Force Team via DM through Facebook or Twitter, or should be able to setup a return and refund for your devices in your my.t-mobile.com account.  Those devices need to be within the 14 day return window to be eligible for return for a refund.  There is also a restocking fee for each device.
