Is Simple Choice plan eligible for Autopay discount?

The answer isn't clear on that page.  It says "Be on Go5G, Magenta, T-Mobile Essentials, ONE Plan, or another tax inclusive plan".  Isn't Simple Choice a "tax inclusive plan"?

However, I can offer one data point.  We activated AutoPay several months ago on our Simple Choice plan, and have yet to see the discount on our bill.  I sought clarification via 611, but couldn't find an answer through the phone tree and wasn't willing to pay $10 just to hear a live agent confirm that Simple Choice is not eligible.

We're therefore canceling AutoPay, but I would be interested to learn if there is an authoritative definition "tax inclusive plan" and what plans that definition includes.
