How to send 2fa verification code to different phone line on the same family acct ?
Signed up for tmobile recently and verification code goes to one of the 4 lines in the family 5g+ account (it is a child phone line) . How do i change it so the verification code is sent to different...
does what you are trying to verify have anything to do with their line or phone? might be why its going to them. or did their line end up being marked as the primary account holder perhaps?
