How do we get Tmobile to honor their agreements?
I purchased 2 - 24 Ultra phones on my business account. The rep at the store said it was completely free, I called the customer service line and they confirmed it would be completely free. That was the first lie. They reviewed the phone call and confirmed the promise, fired the rep that sold me the phone and escalated the issue, said it would be corrected. Now after endless calls they still won't honor the agreement, over 20 calls and 5 original store visits 30 miles away. I've been with them for 22 years (14 years as a business), they were ok up until now. I've over paid by $1,400 so far and I have another $1,200. The lack of accountability makes me hate this company now. I hate that I have to sue them and switch to a new service provider.

We have to start legal action. I was promised by 5 over the phone reps. 1 store manager 4 chat supports etc... yet I didnt get anything towards the s24 series phone and I don't want it or the go5gnext plan I pay 70 dollars more per month for the same level service and benefits.
They royally ed me too.
I'm thinking about mailing bags of to tmobile....until they honor the 1000 off the app told me id get. Hell to me, from what I see, they didnt even enroll me. I stood in that store for 6 hours....
Was on the phone for roughly an hour before even going in the store talking to reps.
What we do is leave these mother ers and goto verizon
