How do we get Tmobile to honor their agreements?
I purchased 2 - 24 Ultra phones on my business account. The rep at the store said it was completely free, I called the customer service line and they confirmed it would be completely free. That was the first lie. They reviewed the phone call and confirmed the promise, fired the rep that sold me the phone and escalated the issue, said it would be corrected. Now after endless calls they still won't honor the agreement, over 20 calls and 5 original store visits 30 miles away. I've been with them for 22 years (14 years as a business), they were ok up until now. I've over paid by $1,400 so far and I have another $1,200.
