How do I send my phone in?
I never got a kit to send my old phone in after I upgraded? When I click on the link for how to send it in I get a 404 error.
Call 611 and explain the problem. Ask if you can return the old phone to a local T-Mobile store. When mailing always use the provided mailing label, reset the phone, pack it well and always get a receipt showing when and where mailed.
