How do I cancel this add-on: Simple Choice UnlimitedData and 5GB SMHS BIS
I want to cancel my extra data, Simple Choice UnlimitedData and 5GB SMHS BIS. How do I do that? Also I think it’s outrageous that it is not easy to do.
Believe since it is grandfathered you have to calling and cancel that add on.
Certain ones you have to pick a newest plan to remove it as all lines are attached to the data as a family plan with data. You can't switch to the one without data. Been a while so I don't remember which codes are what now.
Have you tried in your MyTmobile account under line add ons?
