How can I leave positive feedback for a rep?

Hey there - 

I have made at least a dozen calls to fix an issue I was having with my monthly bills. I was about to quit service, but I had a rep FINALLY able to fix my issue permanently. Is there any way I can leave a positive review for her? She was fantastic and I don’t ever want to talk to another rep.
