T-Mobile Is so unprofessional the customer service department don't have any knowledge of handling customers issues at all the supervisor’s are also the worse!I have been trying to reach the corporate office all week to discuss my issues that I'm having with T-Mobile they also are robbing people blind!I would not recommend family nor friends to this company!!
If someone can direct me to corporate that would be great.!
over the last year I have the same experience.. unfortunately.. from May 2024, from last Mothers Day weekend.. very sad, but true.. sales people care about Sales only, not customers needs. We feel mislead.
