Frustrated with receiving calls/messages for someone else
About a month ago, I started receiving phone calls and messages from different unknown numbers. The phone calls have been crazy, almost everyday. I have never answered or responded to these calls or text messages. Based on the recorded voice messages and text messages, they were calling for a guy and a woman that I never heard of. I googled my number and found that it is associated with this guy/woman (though it still shows me as current owner). This association information seems to be reported by "Omnipoint Communications Cap Operations, LLC" in 2020, which doesn't seem to be a reputable company according to Google review.
I've owned the phone number for twelve years. All the sudden it's associated with an unknown couples in their 60s/70s. Any suggestion on how to resolve this issue?
Someone might have used your number for a scam. Unfortunately, there is nothing T-Mobile can do to stop unwanted incoming calls from unknown numbers. Have you considered filing a complaint with law enforcement?
