are both phones the same type of phone or just both LG phones?
they no longer sale LG phones because LG is no longer making them..they pulled out of the phone world a couple years ago..as is im currently using a LG V60 with zero issues..so they didnt up and yeet both of your phones because theyre LG.. pretty sure what theyre saying is if you want another phone it wont be a LG device
