Free phone Not free
I upgraded my phone via chat a couple of months back and was told I had a choice of the S24 or S24 + for free. Of course I picked the S24+ who wouldn't pick the better phone. I have been charged 11...
I know this is not something you want to hear, but nothing in life is free, nothing!
And just so you know I sent an email to corporate and they called me yesterday and I did receive my credit towards the balance of the installment plan so the phone is free. They honored the contract I made with the chat representative . So kudos to T-Mobile.
