dont fall for the "free line"

I have had the same experience. I talked with many customer service representatives. They said T-Mobile would keep their promise, but when I spoke with another customer service representative, they said my line was not eligible for this promotion. However, when I added a line in Dec, 2023, the representative told me I was eligible for the free line. Yet, T-Mobile continues to charge me every month. I have no idea.
