DIGITS can't send or receive messages but can send and receive phone calls.

I have also been having the same problem on 2.3.14 for a similar time period. I thought it was maybe just an issue with firewall or wifi, but since other people are experiencing the same problem, I doubt it has anything to do with that.  

...been facing a possibly similar issue with receiving messages on DIGITS 2.3.14 for about the past week or so
