We were on a legacy plan from 2017, "ONE ALL IN," that was supposed to stay at the same price, but as we all know now, the corporate overlords wanted more money. Because of this, we elected to change to the 55+ plan to keep our costs the same. This necessitated paying off the plan, doing "Change of Responsibility" to make my husband the primary account holder since he is the 55+ individual. They ported over all the numbers, including the two DIGITS numbers that were associated with the previous account and told us everything would be fine. After opening the DIGITS app after this change, everything was gone and the only option was clicking "Add DIGITS line" which just generated a new number to the account, which still was inaccessible, despite the fact that as no longer the primary account holder, I shouldn't have been able to add a new charge to the account. Regular support spent 45 minutes trying to get the numbers (which are ON the new account, being billed as $10 each) to be accessible to EITHER DIGITS app on each of our phones. She seemed to have very little knowledge about any of it but I was polite and let it play out until finally after 45 minutes she said it would require a TECH consult, which I thought meant bringing someone else in to the call, but no she just transferred me to India and he knew as little as she did and I had to start over explaining myself. After another 45 minutes he just said he couldn't resolve it and he threw a $20 credit our way and said he'd call me back himself in 48 hours. Is there anyone that can speak to getting previously used DIGITS lines to be successfully activated on a new account??46Views0likes0CommentsDual SIM - eSIM & DIGITS
I have an iPhone 13 and currently enrolled in the Go5G Plus plan with T-Mobile. I plan to upgrade to the iPhone 15 in the next week. I am paying for an additionalDIGITS number/line ending in “2672” which costs$10/month. This addition I was toldallows me totext/voice call with a separate number on my iPhone now. I have heard from a friend I do not need this additional line as I can just convert the number to an eSIM line and have dual SIM on my phone. I am a bit confused after researching this a little and seeking clarification. I want to know if I can transfer the DIGITS number ending in 2672 (I am currently using the DIGITSnumber as my business #) to an eSIMline and eliminate the need to have DIGITS all together? Can I send and receive text messages/phone calls through the phone using both my personal number ending in 9777 (on the physical SIM) and transferring the DIGITS number “2672” toeSIM? If the above is possible andI can keep the number ending in “2672” and convert it to eSIM, does that mean that I need to pay T-Mobile for activation of another voice line to use it or would that be included in with my postpaid Go5G Plus voice line that I am already paying for? I need to be able to keep the “2672”number to send and receive calls/textsas that iswhat’ssaved in my clients/doctors address books and what I have marketed/advertised for my small business. Thank you in advance for any help & insight.243Views0likes0CommentsPersistent crackling when using Digits
When I use the Digits client from my MacBook Pro there is a very persistent crackling sound heard by the people I call. This happens from both the app and the web client and regardless of what microphone input I use. I’ve never had this issue with Google Voice or other apps which carry audio. Any ideas?23Views0likes0Commentstmobile digits

Every time I load the DIGITS web app I have to re-register the phone numbers. And even with the app continuously open I am being logged out after a while and have to re-login and re-register numbers. This is a hassle and it’s annoying because every time I get a bunch of notifications on my phone. And what’s worse is that there is no way to know I’ve been logged out. It looks like I’m still logged in but I stop receiving any messages or calls without warning. Is there no way to stay logged in? And not have to keep re-registering the phone numbers after I log in? I’ve allowed third party cookies and disabled privacy extensions but that doesn’t help these issues.50Views1like0Commentsdigits - lost ability to save as phonenumber
Digits app lost a feature -- Correctly named filename on phone-number Issue: Regression test fail! We have to keep renaming the files to the phone-number and date-timestamp. Yesterday, I talked to 611 so I could add a, “Proxy By Digits” line and it will use the digits app. I’ve read everything about it and it says it can be added to any postpaid account and 611 verified that. She processed the order which can take up to 24 hours to setup. What I don’t understand is, she had to have my debit card to process this order even though it’s free to every postpaid account. The rep at 611 said she will call me back later to see if it’s been added to the digits app and it was not when she called. She said she will call back in 24 hours which was 2 hours ago. Hopefully she will call back. I ended up taking to T-Force and she did the same exact thing as 611 did so two orders were placed. It’s been over 24 hours. I’m using a iPhone 13 Pro Max unlocked with ESIM 1 with Xfinity Mobile and eSIM 2 with T-Mobile. Has anyone went thru this process and if so, what did you have to do? And did you finally get the proxy number added? By the way, this was yesterday when I did this. 2/13/2024110Views0likes0CommentsSet up proxy number through Digits?
I’m trying to get a proxy number through the DIGITS app. I have downloaded the app and signed in. The only option I see to get a second number (what I assume is the proxy number) is to click on “add a DIGITS line”which then informs me the cost is $10/month. I just want a proxy number that I can give out instead of my personal phone # -not a $10/mo 2nd line. What am I missing?2.2KViews0likes3Comments
