Really frustrated. T-Moble service has really gone down. Phone rep does not speak English, chat feature is unavailable on website, and local stores constantly staffed by newbies who know nothing. ...
Unfortunately you are trying to contact Tmobile support at the wrong time. People are over reacting to the migration of accounts and are flooding Tmobile support for something that hasn't taken effect yet and is tying up the lines.
