Returning a phone. Where can i get the claim/RMA#?

    Is it within the return period of 14 days or is it a damaged or defective device?  You can setup and print all of the required information in your my.t-mobile.com account or reach out to Customer Care at 611 or sending a DM to T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter to have the process started for you.
