Charges for Home Internet after return of device within free trial period
I gave TMobile a shot at replacing my Comcast Internet service but the signal was too low for practical use at my address. I cancelled and returned the device well within the 14 day window. I have confirmation from TMobile that the device was returned in that period. However, I now have been billed for usage (pro-rata) that involved nothing more than a few days of trying to resolve the signal issue with TMobile.
Am I to expect a credit for that billed amount and, if so, when may I expect it?

If they offer a refund it may take up to 2 billing cycles to show as a credit on your account per Tmobile's terms and conditions.

I was looking for more insight into their policy rather than a specific account question. If their policy is to bill and then credit it is understandable what happened here. My understanding, which may have been faulty, was that they would only bill after 30 days constituting acceptance of the service after the trial period.

No one here can give you a clear answer since this is a basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access.
