cannot select device to activate the sim card on my account
I went to t-mobile.com/SIM to activate the sim card for a new line on my account. I logged into my account as instructed and both lines are shown, and asks “which line do you want to activate this SI...

I just spent an hour trying to figure out this issue, and I found a solution!
Go to https://my.t-mobile.com/account/account-overview
Click that number you want to activate and click “change sim”
Then follow instruction and you are done.
