I'm opening a line due to getting a promotion on a phone and the rep told me I can cancel the line after 6 months but still keep my credits for the phone. Is that true? I really don't need the extra ...
Nope, once the line that has the promo is canceled you will lose the credits. But after 6 months you may be able to cancel another line on the account.
