Can we please have secure shipping.

I recently purchased a I phone 14 pro max in October. The phone never made it to my house due to ups shipping service. The package was missing per ups employee when contacted. I then went through T-Mobile to get refunded for the phone that I paid for. T mobile was good for the refund. I then tried to purchase the phone for a second time in December. I then received a text from ups stating the merchandise is missing. This is now the 3rd time I have purchased the phone online through T-Mobile. I have received all my money back from T-Mobile but this business is loosing so much money or theses phones maybe cheaper then what the price tag is. I recommend T-Mobile to have better shipping methods. So I don’t have to wait and still pay for a phone that I don’t even have. People need to be compensated for their purchases. We will see if I get the phone this go around.
