Buy a new line from abroad?

Hello,

I am out of the US, how could I get T-Mobile new line that have a plan to work internationally?

    thanks syaoran, I dont have problem with the documents, I just need to have a sim card which can work while i am abroad. Can you send a link for such products from Amazon for example?

    Prepaid, you might be able to buy a starter kit from Amazon or Ebay from a seller that ships internationally.  Directly from T-Mobile isn't possible.  T-Mobile does not ship SIM's internationally.  For a Postpaid account, you would need US ID, a US address, and a SSN and be required to pass a credit check.
