Billing Issue

Just yesterday my fiance and I spoke to Mel, due to the fact that we didn't have the money for todays payment. She told us it was okay we have an extension, she confirmed it with us 3 different times that our account was NOT to be charged until Monday April 10th at. 2 a.m. As we woke this morning, you people did the exact opposite and still charged us anyway, now we are in the negative and dont get paid again until April 10th. Why did we get lied too and how did you messed up people charge a card that had no money?

Setting up a payment extension does not disable autopay.  If you don't want a payment to process when the autopay is supposed to.  You need to login to your my.t-mobile.com account and turn off autopay a few days before the payment is supposed to process.  Payments usually start to process 2 days before the autopay date.

Payment extensions will still encur a late fee because although there was a payment extension window given, the payment is still considered late.
