Call Customer Care. They can get your payment.info entered manually and make sure everything is setup properly.

Sounds exactly like my experience. All attempts to actually pay or re-enroll just end with a button click that dies and does apparently nothing. I have to call my credit card company to see if there are multiple duplicate charges from all this nonsense.
