Autopay charged double my monthly prepay amount
Why was I charged DOUBLE my regular prepaid amount? October is the first month I've had Autopay.
I called customer service last night who assured me that the overcharge ($60 + $6.15 tax) would be refunded; however today (Oct 5) I received a message from T Mobile that my account was not eligible for a refund.
I was not told that I would be charged double, nor did I authorize this overcharge.
According to their terms Tmobile doesn’t even guarantee coverage. If you scroll to the bottom that’s where the added prepaid terms are.

So they can overcharge without any obligation to refund?
Sounds predatory.
Try having your bank reverse the charge. Tmobile doesn’t refund prepaid balances according to the terms and conditions.
