I've been trying to reach a support representative for weeks now. I've waited over an hour on a number of occasions. SOME times the support line offers a call back (which used to work). Now call b...
T-Mobile support (611) will take at least 1.5 hours - if not longer.
T-Mobile chat app will typically disconnect you after ~10 min idle time, and it may take +1 hour to get a rep to respond.
Sadly, if you need technical support, you have to get to customer care on 611 or through media first.
