Anyone else having difficulties with the 2023SWITCHP1 promotion?
I was given two different promotions, one for my phones and one for my iPads, and while the phone one worked, the iPad one didn’t. It is telling me that my devices have already been submitted for the promotion; however, I haven’t been able to successfully submit them. I spoke with customer support, and they verified that those devices qualify for the promotion, and they said that their system hasn’t been updated yet. It has been a couple of weeks since, and nothing has changed. Anyone else running into this issue, too?

Some promos are one per line or one per account. Do either of the promos state that in their fine print? That might be why one is working but one isn’t. Your best bet though would be to reach out to T-Mobile through Facebook or Twitter via DM to see if they can figure out why you can’t add the other promo.
