ALL LIES
Oh Boy!!!! LIES!!!! I have been going over the same thing for over a month. A promise was made that my bill would not be no more than $80.49 for 2 lines go5gplus55 and 5g home internet, which includes free Netflix & Apple TV Plus & visual voicemail. WHAT A BIG FAT LIE!!! I even present a screenshot to prove what was promised to me. It is like the reps do not even bother to read it. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I should have never left Verizon! Then I upgraded to TMOBILE phones, so my bill is $115 per promise….ANOTHER LIE!!! I have asked numerous times to email me everything that has been noted on my account and I have not received it. This has caused me a lot of stress, the thing is that a promised has been made and TMOBILE will not honor it. I have received numerous credits for various things that does not pertain to the BROKEN PROMISE. I’m so sick of hearing and reading I PROMISE or 100 % guarantee, or I will call you. When I get the chance and after I pay what I owe, I’m done with TMOBILE
IS this your first bill? If this is your first bill it always be higher due to a prorated cycle and your actual cycle start. What are the dates on your first bill?
