Adding phone protection without my authorization
Please advise on who I need to speak with to get the remaining amount of money that I paid for phone protection service that I did not authorize. The branch in Palos Heights Illinois added it without my permission.
T Mobile is getting away with unethical pratice due to paperless billing an autopayment processes.
I talked to customer service, and he refunded 3 of 24 months. I understand that I am supposed to be watching this, but it should NEVER have automatically started. A Gatcha tactic, very unethical.

you can try contacting TMO again but this time through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter. this will land you with tier 2 support instead of the call in tier 1 agents.
send them a direct message..do not post on their main page.
