Adding a line with Costco

T-Mobile told me that I should be able to add a line through Costco and get whatever promotion that comes with adding that line.  However, the Costco rep told me that they were not able to honor any T-Mobile promotions.  My question is- can I add a line through Costco and then return to T-Mobile to get whatever promotion that comes with adding a line?

    I like to get a new line for my wife, who is visiting USA. So want to buy a new iphone 13 pro with new line. what are best options available to get a new phone and line. Any other promotions or offers currently available like Buy one iphone and get another iphone for rebate of $720 costco card.

    Please get more details on current offers and plan for new t-mobile connection?.
