Add a device to a One Plan?
I currently have a One Plan. Would like to add an additional device, would I be required to “upgrade” to Magenta? If so I’m not going to bother buying it.
It won’t add a line until you agree so if you click the link you will see if you’re eligible.
You can take it to the cart and as long as you don’t check out nothing will change. I’ve done it multiple times.
There is a link there, but I wouldn’t assume that it wouldn’t require me to upgrade first.
I just don’t want to spend money on the device if I can’t add it. I don’t trust that if I call and ask I’ll get a legitimate answer, my last two calls were a giant waste of time. I would rather see an actual document, or hear from someone who has actually done it.
Have you signed into your MyTmobile account and see if there’s an add a line feature for your account?
I have a One plan and it’s always offers me to add a line.
