Accountability
The sales person who got me sold on TMobile said they would pay off the balance of my existing phone up to $800. All I had to do is pay it off, take a screen shot of the text message and send it in for reimbursement. None of that is true. Trust is violated. This is not a way to do business based on false claims and no one to say anything to this sales person.
I even told my daughter to do the same thing and now both face the same issue. A TMobile salesperson should be well trained on selling the service and not someone who has no clue what he and in our case it was a she is talking about it. I already placed a call with corporate office. I will not be quiet about this until I get to the bottom line of it.

I was scammed too, I was told the same. Now I was told that I don’t qualify bc my phone isn’t in their list. This wasn’t told to me when I first called to verify if they pay off for me to switch. I was told though that I have to pay it off first and then I get reimburse.

TMobile does not accept a screenshot as proof of payoff. There is a whole list that must be submitted in order to get reimbursed. The sales person lied to us, myself and my 29 year old daughter, when she told us we just needed a screen shot. To me that’s a scam.

Tmobile usually issues you a loaded debit card to pay the phone in 6-8 weeks. You’re still responsible to pay the phone to the previous carrier.
