account access

getting on my account when I no longer have a cell #. I still have an account  balance, password and email connection. I need to get on to set up new cell #

  • When the store failed  back in September I bought a tracfone at Best Buy in desperation and ported my number. Now I would like to get back on my acct and I realize T-Mobile does not have a cell # for me. nothing simple for us old folks.

  • I tried the store and they could not sign on my acct, i’ll try messenger thanks

    You need to go to a store or contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you set up the account they also are a higher tier of support
