“Your rate will never change”
When I first signed up for Tmobile, over 15 years ago, I think I was told my rates would never go up. But now it appears my rate is going up? Does anyone else have this issue?
Tmobile is the best there is but they have failed on this issue. It is not a subtle failure and I sm sure there are many class action lawyers out there who will not pass up on this opportunity. It is breach of contract.
