stolen phone number

My phone number has been stolen how do I get it back? I have tried calling the phone number and it goes straight to voicemail. No rings. And he doesn’t text me.

    Do you know the person and did they take your sim card or performed a sim swap? Either way you need to contact Tmobile support.

What does that even mean?  A few details would help.
