S23 ultra disappointed
a year ago
I been a loyal note/ ultra customer for years. But my s23 ultra cracked in my pocket. I understand if I dropped it. But it cracked with a case on. Inside my pocket. The screen replacement is over 400 dollars.

Decent phone, horrible camera

This phones camera is really bad. When this phone was sold to me, they said I'd have the best camera phone on the market and they were dead wrong. Any time I take a picture of something in motion, it comes out blurry no matter what I do. Apparently, software can't fix it because it's a hardware problem. I tried to add a photo but, the T-Mobile app isn't working apparently. Hopefully, this issue is resolved with the S24 Ultra. The camera is the sole reason I bought this overpriced crap.
