There's no room for even a few basic apps on this phone. Even after removing the overabundance of stock apps, my banking app, my favorite games, text from my dead gma, videos, and my family tracker, I still can't get anymore voicemails because there is no space. I got what I could pay for I guess.

Gray Colors, Bad Reconnectivity

The colors on this screen all have a desaturayed, gray scale effect, dull even on the brightest setting. Pics and videos are washed out by this, not presenting anything close to the true saturation. Was informed by store associates "that's just the way the phone is" and their "fix" was to run it 100% brightness on light mode only, which not only doesn't resolve the gray coloring, it's also bad for both screen and battery.
Phone also has poor internet reconnectivity if you lose the signal or turn off mobile data. Have had to restart the phone multiple times over this issue. Would not trust it to reconnect reliably in areas where you go in and out of coverage.

I have 2 of these due to buy one line add a line free. The phone is not durable. A couple of drops in an Otterbox case and the screen is cracked on one phone. Both phones do not stay connected and regularly have "no sim card" at the top of the screen. TMobile replaced the sim card but it still didn't work. Usually a restart solved it, but on the one phone it didn't and the phone cannot be repaired. Calling Samsung for warranty service was right up there with my worst nightmare. Nothing was resolved after she refused to listen to what I was saying about what was wrong with the phone. A phone repair center said it's not repairable. We got these in July 2022. It broke in March 2023. Avoid!

A13 first weekend with it

Wife convinced me to purchase, affordable device, nice slim design, nice screen, easy to operate. One draw back the color isnt as full as my J7. But the increase in memory is a bonus. Did not come with the conventional charger and base but easily set up and using in no time. I like it.

Just got it and it seems to meet my needs.
BUT, one huge problem. It claims to come with a charger, but it comes with the cord, but no way to plug it into anything.
Had to go out and buy a charger so that I could actually charge it.

only good thing is camera

the phone is super slow. no storage u cant uninstall things u disable things they still run still show on app list on main phone menu. U disable samsung internet to use google and chrome it doesnt diable so u have three major ram storage running. The camera on texting is horrible. you cant zoom the camera stays in bottom left side of screen. Samsung use to be so much better than this.
