T-Mobile Tuesdays is an app for Android and iOS that gives you great offers and the chance to win prizes. Every week you'll receive several My Stuff offers and, when available, a chance to win various prizes from our Featured Partner of the week. Learn more. Qualifying plan required.

iOS users only: Beginning 1/10/2020 an update to the app will roll out to iOS users on version 5.10.2. Look for the message reminding you in the T-Mobile Tuesdays app.


What you can do with the T-Mobile Tuesdays app

  • Get several My Stuff offers on Tuesday for each eligible T-Mobile line.
  • Get a chance to win various Feature Partner prizes, when available.
  • Non-T-Mobile customers can participate in the Featured Partner offers only through the web.


What you need to use it

  • A device with Android 5.0 or higher or Apple iOS 10.0 or higher
  • An active T-Mobile phone number
  • A connection to Wi-Fi or T-Mobile's blazing-fast data network


How to use the app

First time user experience

  1. Launch the app.
  2. Accept Terms & Conditions.
  3. Tap OK/Don’t Allow to deliver push notifications (whichever you prefer). A welcome screen displays options to Watch Later or Play Video.
  4. Tap NEXT after the video is finished.
  5. You can then either take a quick three-slide tour of T-Mobile Tuesdays or tap SKIP at the bottom right to bypass.
  6. Tap LET'S GO to continue.

Log in

To log in from the app on a Tuesday:

  1. Launch the app.
  2. Tap Play Now and a prompt will appear to register your account.
  3. Enter your mobile number. You will get a PIN code by text message.
  4. Enter the PIN code to enter the app.

On Wednesday - Monday

  1. Launch the app.
  2. Tap the My Stuff menu.
  3. User will receive a prompt to register your account.
  4. Enter your mobile number. You get a PIN code by text message.
  5. Enter the PIN code to enter the app.

Enable/disable push notifications


  1. Tap More (three dots) on the home screen.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Notifications.
  4. Tap OFF/ON to activate.


  1. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Notifications and select desired notification access.

Redeem prizes

  1. Open the app.
  2. Log in (if required).
  3. Follow the instructions for the presented game.
  4. Once the prize is revealed, tap SAVE TO MY STUFF or GOTO MY STUFF. Your prizes will be listed in your Wallet.
    Note: Offer expiration date and time vary. Some offers expire two minutes after you select Redeem. Don't select Redeem until you're ready to redeem an offer with the exclusive partner.

Having trouble with the app?

  • Make sure you're using a supported device (no tablets, as they're not supported at this time).
  • Test your device's data connection and make sure it's working.
  • Is your app up to date?
    • Sometimes T-Mobile will send an update that requires you to accept it. These updates help to improve the overall application experience.
    • These updates may require you to re-authenticate to access the app.
    • If the app update is not working, try updating from the App Store or Play Store. If the update is still failing, try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.
  • Uninstall and then reinstall the app, then try again. This can help refresh the settings.
