It does not modify or alter the Privacy Policy posted on Sprint’s website or any agreement you have with Sprint, including your service agreements or Sprint’s Terms and Conditions. If this Privacy Notice is inconsistent with any other agreement you have with Sprint, the other agreement shall govern to the extent of the inconsistency.
