Re: 2.4 ghz not showing
I contacted TMobile and did a factory reset of the modem and re-installed everything. So far, so good. But I do not understand it, and I do not understand if this will happen again. it was a complete pain the bottom to do this Also, one other thing when it came back up after re-set everything was trying to set to WPA3 for security. A lot of devices can’t work with WPA3, so set it to WPA2 and it works fine.35Views0likes0CommentsRe: Auto Pay with credit cards ends
Gramps, I agree with you TMobile openly lied to me. We wre coaxed to switch from Sprint and the deal was no price increase and they’d make sure. They did this with some crafty discounts, including an AutoPay discount, 5 x4 lines = $20. We pay our bill with our VISA card that offers a credit card protection on it So we either lose the abilty to use our VISA and our cell phone protection OR we pay more We were lied to. What company do we look at - where are peoiple movung to?28Views8likes0CommentsAuto Paty and convertinbg from Sprint, TMobile is a group of liars
What is this about AutoPay changing? We converted from Sprint’s network about 18 months ago. We were told that TMobile would match whaat we were paying on the Sprint account. Seemingly that includes a $5 per line ‘discount’ because of Autopay, ($20 for 4 lines) We use our VISA because it includes cell phone insurance by paying the bill with the credit card. We never had an AutoPay discount with Sprinr. Tmobile used this discount to match the price. So I hear that I will end up with either a $20 price increase OR I won’t be able to use my credit card cell phone insurance I am not happy with TMobile and I feel like it’s nothing more than a group of perpetual liars. I followed the program TMobile laid out. I was promised by moving from Sprint to TMobile they’d make the bill right - and now this. I was promised no rate increases. And here we are. A backdoor rate increase. I was lied to. I am angry and an excellent chance I pull the plug on TMiobile. Bottom line is I do not do business with liars. We were with Sprint for 21 years - loyal, did what we were supposed to do. And then we were bought out by TMobile, who promised to maintain the status quo, and I find out it’s a group of liars.211Views2likes2Comments
