Re: T-Mobile single line Senior Plan benefits, NOT!
Just proves the point! Philo isn’t currently offered, but once was. Sigh. I’m going to have to speak with a human later this week to see whether upgrading is worth my while. I plan international (not Canada or Mexico) travel later this year and might want a short-term upgrade. Be well!36Views0likes0CommentsRe: T-Mobile single line Senior Plan benefits, NOT!
Thanks for commiserating. I did find Paramount Plus “Essential,” finally. It is wimpy but likely better than nothing. My Apple subscription came with a new computer purchase and expires next month. I can skip if it doesn’t become obvious here sooner. Single line user plans are always given short shrift, true for every carrier I checked out. I was with Mint Mobile for a year (cheap), and it uses T-Mobile’s network, although at the bottom of the food chain. But T-Mobile is likely buying the marque.33Views0likes0CommentsT-Mobile single line Senior Plan benefits, NOT!
I have been a T-Mobile Magenta 55+ $50/month single line user for more than a year, and keep reading about benefits that don’t seem accessible to me. Logged in to my account, Netflix simply isn’t offered. Paramount+ for a year supposedly is, as is a 6 month Apple+ membership, but I can’t find a way to add these two on the desktop or mobile site. The mobile site also shows AAA membership is a benefit, although I use an upgraded version. Do I need to spend an hour on hold to find an agent to add these services? Did I miss them as offered benefits because they are new? Is there a secret menu? So confusing! Thank you for kind advice.474Views0likes11Comments
