Billing fraud
I called T-Mobile only to request a price for internet, data and phone. The man to whom I spoke to said he would send me a SIM card. He said in order to do this, he would need my charge. I told him several times I was not interested in signing up. Looked at my charge and there was a $35 charge. I disputed this charge and it was removed from my bill. A few days later I received a bill from T-Mobile for about $107! I never inserted the SIM card and never used their services. Also, a so called supervisor assured me previously that the $35 would be removed and she would send me a confirmation. Red flag as I never received an email. How do I get this company out of my life? I will not pay the $107 and feel I’ve been had by these shiksters. Tomorrow I will file a formal complaint with the FCC. The better business bureau states over 16,000 complaints have been filed against T-Mobile. Opinions?178Views0likes1Comment
