Inconsistent Customer Service Reps and Decline in Service
I have previously modified payment arrangements by calling T-Mobile directly and speaking with someone. I never had any issues with T-Mobile until recently. Some "experts" help you with ease and are well trained - others are not. I called in to modify my payment arrangement and when the worker said she couldn't do it, I asked to speak with someone else. I can only assume my account was flagged because the next person literally repeated what the previous representative said. I just had someone change the date and there was no issue in September. Prior to this post I tried contacting online support and suddenly the chat seems to be having "difficulties" and I can't reach anyone. It's not a coincidence. I also noticed that when T-Mobile wants to force you into upgrading a device or plan, your service starts to decline. Please explain this. I am more than likely switching carriers. If I am going to pay for bad service, I can get it for less elsewhere.167Views0likes2Comments
