The part I can’t understand that I submitted my ID front and back picture. They said they was going to contact me within 48 hours the first time they said 24 hours and I have not received a call or email from them yet and I’ve been calling them Two times or less a week

I have paid T-Mobile close to seven years on my bill with the insurance included. I lost my phone September 7. I made a claim and I have not received my phone yet and I called them every week two times a week.

I pay for assurance every month on the phone. I filed the claim and I still have not received the phone since September 7. I called them every day and I haven’t even received a phone call back or email.
