Re: why does T-Mobile suck
I switched from at&t to tmobile seven years ago because I could not get a signal at my new home with my at*t phone. Tmobile assured me that I was within their coverage area. Nope. Received two new phones, one for me and one for the wife and from day one we’ve never been able to get even one bar outside or inside our home. Their solution was to send me a cell booster. The problem with that is it is connected to the Internet so if your Internet goes out (which is quite often around here) then you are just sol. The other issue is the cell booster is one big pita trying to get it back up and running after an Internet outage or a power outage. In seven years I bet I have contacted tmobile support a million times. Two days ago I contacted them again and they connected me with a “supervisor” who rather bluntly told me there’s nothing they can do. Period. Hogwash!! And it’s not like any of the other carriers are any better or I would have already switched. This time is different. That snotty attitude from this “supervisor” really set me off. Now watch them try to jack me up with all kinds of different “fees” when I try to switch. I just don’t get it. They don’t even try to be helpful or friendly. It’s like having cell service through the mafia.165Views0likes0CommentsRe: Insanity

I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile several years ago. During that time we have had the worst cell phone reception on earth. You are lucky to get one bar OUTSIDE and we require a cell booster on the inside. Now we are both seniors and both have major medical issues. I have contacted T-Mobile REPEATEDLY about this and in all of these years NOTHING has improved. The cell booster becomes completely useless when we have a power outage and then it takes some magical wizardry to get it back online again. But like an idiot I just keep on sending them my money every month. Real genius right here. The website: Why do away with the online chat? The robot chat is absolutely useless. You can’t email, you can’t chat, but what you can do is call a number that a ROBOT answers and you will be put in que for so long that you just eventually hang up. If you are lucky enough for an actual person to answer you will then be repeatedly transferred until you are just disconnected. Family, friends, doctors, nurses, etc. get frustrated because if they try to contact one of us they will never get through. Then you play the old voicemail call back game which can take forever to actually be connected to the person that tried to call you. I know I am not alone because I see the reviews. Please T-Mobile, tell me why?220Views0likes3CommentsRe: Poor Cell Reception in my house. Do I need a Cell Signal Booster? Any recommendations?
We have almost zero cell reception where we live. It has been this way for 8 years now. The cell booster supplied by t-mobile works fine about five minutes out of 24. Outside we are lucky to get one bar. We have contacted t-mobile numerous times over the course of the past 8 years and nothing has changed. I thought about buying one of those expensive weeboost systems but the problem there is if you only get zero to one bars the booster isn’t going to help. So, since t-mobile will not do anything about this we are actively looking for a company that will enable us to actually use our phones that cost enough to feed ¼ of the world’s population.456Views2likes0Comments
