Re: Skymirr exterior antenna connections.
As there is no support for SkyMirr (only a voice mail box) or instructions included with the antenna I decided to return the unit. There are 24 possible combinations of leads to ANT connections making it difficult to guess at the right combination.

Skymirr exterior antenna connections.
I purchased an exterior antenna to see if I could get better reception. However, no support or instructions come with the antenna. It has 4 connectors, 2 labeled 5G Main and the other two labeled 5G AUX. The G4AR has four connection points for the exterior antennas labeled ANT1, ANT2, ANT3 and ANT4. Anybody have any idea on which lead would go to which of the four possible ANT connections.

The T-Mobile 5G internet worked good for 6 months, then started randomly breaking connection and displaying error code WAN002. They tested the home unit remotely and told me to go to the nearest T-Mobile store to have a new SIM card installed. After I returned home with the newly installed SIM card in the Router, the WAN002 code started again after a half hour of use. The next tech said it was a cell tower issue. After waiting 5 days for them to check the cell towers in my area the code went away. Have T-Mobile run checks on the cell towers in your area if the SIM card does not resolve the issue.
