I feel your pain. We had great service for 1 year. Then 2.5 months this summer it was crazy up and down. They sent a new gateway and service was flawless for 1.5 months. Then we had some rain and 5G went out on a Friday and 5 days later it magically returned and has been great again. During the down time we had 1-4mbps down and I contacted support. They finally said they opened a ticket. Then the service came back so I sent message it was back. Then today I receive a message - a week later - that there is an issue in the area and unfortunately the service we are receiving is probably the best we will have. What??? Well I hope support is correct as we are getting 100-180mbps down. I’m good with that. I think TMobile support has totally checked out and just say whatever they feel like saying.4Views0likes0Comments
