Good luck. We have been in a battle for some time with them over horrid coverage. In our case, we will be 1/2 mile from a Cellular One tower (that T-Mobile uses). We show five bars and absolutely no data signal at all. It has been a very painful experience trying to get them to understand and acknowledge the issue. They keep saying that there is nothing wrong. The problem though is that we used to get data signals all over. Something happened over the last three or so months and they don't want to acknowledge it.145Views2likes0Comments
