Were you able to find a solution? I’ve had the same modem for only a month & my DL stays 250 plus but my upload has went down to 400kbps - they said a tower was being worked on in my area but when I was switched to the next closest tower it didn’t change a thing. I’m thinking about getting a replacement modem sent out, any updates would be appreciated.312Views0likes0Comments
