We are having the same issues. When we first started with the internet it was amazing. I called last week and complained and was told they are upgrading the system and it will be resolved the first week of May hopefully. I also received a free month of internet service on my account. I complained again to the business agent who setup my business account and he asked what modem I had and haven’t heard back since. We’re about to go back to Comcast and pay the higher price for better service.88Views1like0Comments
